Rack Assembly Instructions

Because of shipping problems And increased shipping charges I am now making the items with assembly required.

Some companies do not tell you this.

Tools needed is a Philips screw driver.

And you should be able to assemble them in 20 min's.

I hope this works for both of us, I want you to end up with a undamaged cage or rack and I do not want to replace a broken cage.

If your concerned about sealing the cage, you can purchase some high quality silicone for Kitchen and bath and seal the inside of your cage.

Or if assembly is not for you I can build you the cage or rack .

 IMPORTANT

               When installing shelves into grooves Do not use screw to suck shelf tight or you will strip the plastic.

               The shelves are numbered as to where they go and T is for top panel and B is for

                the bottom panel.

Step #1- Take side panel with grooves and with numbers and letters on it and lay flat on table.

Step #2- Start with shelf #1. Butt #1 panel in #1 dato cut. Tap into slot, making sure front of

               shelf is flush with front of side panel. Tip up to install screws into panel. Lay flat again.

Step #3- Repeat for shelves # 2 through # 4.

Step#4- After shelves are screwed in, not including top and bottom. Take the other side panel

               and align dato cuts on shelves in air. Then tap into grooves.  Make sure the shelves    

               are flush to the front of the rack. Then install screws into panel. Then install top and

               bottom, making sure the panels are flush to the front. Install the screws. Stand rack

               upright. If your rack has belly heat then install now.  Zig-zag flexwatt through the

               shelves from top to bottom shelf. Then tape down flexwatt, start at the bottom and   

               work your way up through the shelves to the top.

Step #5- Install the back with the screws provided. The back only fits 1 way. Start with top      

              center screw, align back panel flush with top panel then install screw. Then do the bottom

              center screw , again aligning back with bottom before installing screw. Make sure all 4   

              corners are flush then install the remaining screws. Then install screw covers.
