This is the recommended placement of the probe. You will need to drill a hole the size of your probe cord then take the vent out and drill multiple holes to the vent opening when the vent is out, then ream a slot with your drill bit so you can slide the probe wire up then re-install the vent. This will lock the probe in place. If you would like me to put this slot in for you just ask, it will be free of charge.
